By accessing or using the website sezona.hr, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

We use third-party authentication providers (Auth.js) to manage user login information. By signing in through your preferred provider (e.g., Google, Facebook), you agree to provide us access to your profile information, including your profile picture, name, and email address. This data will be stored securely in our database for the purpose of authentication and enhancing your user experience.

6. Payments

Paid job posts are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record service. Link is the seller of record for your purchase, appears on your statement as LINK.COM*, and calculates, collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. By purchasing a job post, you agree to:

Pay the price shown at checkout, including any tax added there.
Provide accurate billing details, including the billing address used to determine the tax that applies to you.
Authorize Link to charge your payment method on our behalf for as long as the post is running.

A paid post is billed as a recurring subscription that runs for the twelve months the post is shown for, and then ends on its own -- you are not charged for a post that is no longer displayed. You can also close the post or cancel the subscription earlier, from your posted jobs page or from the billing portal. Because Link is the seller of record, you can also manage your order or request a refund through Link support, which handles payment requests within 60 days of the transaction. If a purchase is refunded or a dispute is decided against us, the post is taken down and its subscription ends.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date of the last revision will be indicated at the bottom. Continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
