Seasonal Excursion Sales Representative (Booky / Promoter )

Season: 1 April – 31 October ( min 3 months depending of the start day, longer stay preferred )
Remuneration: Fixed salary + sales commission + accommodation provided

Join Medulin Excursions as an excursion sales representative and help our guests find the right boat trip for their holiday.
Your role:
You will be a welcoming first point of contact for potential guests, introducing our excursions and turning their interest into bookings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively approaching guests and promoting our boat excursions.
- Explaining the trips, answering questions and recommending options that suit guests’ interests.
- Communicating with international visitors and closing sales professionally.

What we are looking for:
We welcome reliable, motivated and outgoing people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
You should have:
- good communication skills,
-a confident and friendly approach to sales
-knowledge of English and German and/or other languages ( Polish, Russian, Czech or Hungarian are a big bonus )
Previous sales or tourism experience is an advantage, but not essential. You will need a working smartphone and availability for at least #months during the season of 01.04 -31.10. (ideally would be the entire season about 6 months)

Your workplace
This is an active, outdoor role at sales locations around Medulin’s promenade, beach and harbor. You should be comfortable working outdoors, including in hot summer conditions.
We are currently focusing on recruiting a new sales team member but we also offer the position as an boat animator.
